SHIPPING

The Healing Continuum offers worldwide shipping and a variety of delivery options to suit every schedule and budget. The services available and the cost of shipping depend on where you are shipping your order and what your order contains. Different rates apply to books, workbooks, individual CD’s, CD and DVD sets. Unless you specify otherwise we ship primarily through USPS. Your cost for processing, shipping and handling will be totaled at the conclusion of your purchase. Your order should be received within 7 to 10 business days from the date on the packing slip included with your order unless you specify a rush order.  For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped. Federal tax is only added to orders delivered in Canada and is displayed as GST (Goods and Services Tax).


CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER




The Healing Continuum.com strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and ship orders throughout the day. We can only modify or cancel an order prior to courier pick up at the end of the business day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed by our courier for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Back-ordered or pre-ordered items may be canceled at any time prior to entering the fulfillment process. To cancel a back-ordered item or pre-ordered item, please contact our Customer Care Department at info@thehealingcontinuum.com.



RETURNS POLICY



If your shipment is damaged or defective we will exchange your order within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your confirmation e-mail. Please ensure your shipment is in its original packaging or its original condition.

TAX EXEMPT




Libraries, schools, not-for-profits, and other qualified groups and individuals may place a sales tax-exempt order once we have your tax-exempt certificate on file.



When you make your first tax-exempt purchase, you enter your tax exemption certificate number on the Shipping page during Checkout. Then fax your state- or federal government-issued certificate to 352-394-4443 within 72 hours for verification purposes. Be sure to include your order number on your fax. We will hold your order for up to 72 hours until we receive and verify your certificate. If we do not receive your documentation within 72 hours, we will process and ship your order with the applicable sales tax.
